Office Manager [full-time]

We are looking for a person with a passion in diverse work. The newly emerging position will provide activities including office management and account management. The position is expected to be separated in the future.

The position is full-time and it is based in Prague.

You will:

  • Communicate with an accounting company
  • Cover invoicing
  • Create financial reports
  • Odrer hardware, office snacks, office supplies
  • Ensure the operation of the office - scanning, copying, errands (post office, zásilkovna)
  • Commmunicate with clients (not business)
  • Passing requests from clients to sales representatives

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good writing skills (both in Czech and English)
  • Communication with clients experience
  • Diligence

  • Basics of accounting is an advantage
