Our highly technical team works on fast-paced development of automated trading algorithms exploiting real-world news and events. We are looking for an experienced software engineer who will join the whole technical process, deal with databases, infrastructure, participate in dynamic development on a daily basis and solve various exciting challenges regarding both AI/ML and big data processing. We have intriguing plans and you might be just the right person to help us make them happen.

The position is full-time (40 hours a week) and based in Prague.

You will:

‍

• Participate in day-to-day codebase design
• Research new technologies
• Implement data-oriented backend code
• Optimize performance in Python, C++ and SQL
• Work with our Postgres database

We expect:

‍

• Excellent level of programming in Python (Jupyter, Pandas, Numpy)
• Advanced level of programming in C++
• Solid background in SW development, Git and Linux environment
• Advanced knowledge of Postgres database (both writing efficient queries and database architecture)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to learn
• Fluency in Czech and English language
